Cost Management Expert – Depot/Electric
Job Description for Depo
-        Calculation of Quantity and Cost Estimation
-        Preparation of Budget, cash flow, cost report.
-        Preparation of Analysis of rates
-        Preparation of Bidding/contract Documents.
-        Preparation of BOQ
-        Knowledge of PEB, PFB structure.
-        Knowledge of architecture, finishing & landscaping activity.
-        Good knowledge of resources estimation.
-        Sufficient market knowledge of the current cost.
-        Creating MIS Report on Cost management
-        Good Understanding of any costing software.
-        Good understanding of MS Office.
-        Knowledge of IS Codes, IRC Codes, MORTH, International standards and Railway standards & specifications.
 
Candidate Profile Required:
-  Qualification: B. Tech. Degree in Civil Engineering (Minimum)
-  Experience: As Quantity Surveyor/Cost Management of 08 to 12 years in relevant   
   field on Railways, Mono Rail, Metro Rail, High Speed rail project.

-        Good understanding of MS Office.

Candidate Profile Required:
-  Qualification: B. Tech. Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering (Minimum)
-  Experience: As Quantity Surveyor/Cost Management of 10 years for degree holder 
   and minimum 15 years for Diploma holder in the field of Railways, Mono Rail,  
   Metro Rail or any PSU sector.
